We really enjoyed the free parking right outside our room and the cheerful reception staff. the rooms are spacious and always spotless, making our stay super comfortable. Plus, the heating issue was quickly resolved, which was much appreciated. Although we had to deal with some wifi issues, the upgrade to a Queen Spa Suite was a nice bonus. Perfect location with shopping nearby and good car park access.

There were great-sized and newly decorated rooms with queen bed. Climate control, a lounge, and a safe were a nice touch. It offered very good service and outstanding food too.

The overall stay during the public holidays was highly enjoyable due to the central location near public transportation, and after a long day, I had a relaxing time at Fountain Wine Bar.

The venue is tidy, with comfy and decent location really close to shopping centres and the freeway as well as train station and other facilities...

Booked the room with my large family for 1 night and had a very very good stay. The staff was ready to assist, very helpful people. The hotel was well-maintained and in a central location. It was across the particularly good area.

They stopped putting milk in the fridge the last 2 days we were there ants all over the room only changing the shampoo ever second day would not book there again

It was a great spacious room, the room service meal was just the best prompt and a generous size.

The staff members are efficient and excellent. the place is clean and has courtyard views. There are plenty of options with nice food available. Convenient check-in process and underground parking. Guests can relax in the heated pool.

The spacious apartment had a comfortable bed and nice-quality linens, though the air conditioning could use a clean, and I did notice some noise from neighbors. While the fridge wasn’t on and there were a few cleanliness issues, the staff were friendly and really helpful throughout.
